Mr. McClain is a graduate of Penn State University and the Villanova University School of Law.  For more than two decades, he has practiced law in the court rooms of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks Counties.  Mr. McClain handles cases in Federal Court, Pennsylvania counties and other state jurisdictions upon request.

Mr McClain has been aptly named “The DUI Master by colleagues and clients due to his massive success in defending clients arrested for DUI.
